Orders are posted through Australia Post. Orders usually take 7-10 business days for parcel post. Please be advised with COVID-19 delays might occur.

Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, Australia Post use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by their Next Day Guarantee and can take up to 5 days to be delivered.

Authority To Leave

As TooSolid does not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit none of our packages are dispatched with authority to leave unattended. We do not recommend checking out and leaving a comment to give your authority to leave it somewhere safe without signing for it. We recommend to have it delivered to your work instead.

Please note your order is shipped duty unpaid, and may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are determined once your shipment reaches your country, and are payable by you.

Please be advised that postage is currently only available to Australian addresses. International shipment is unavailable at this point in time. As we grow we look forward to offering this service to our international customers.

When your parcel is on its way, you will be sent an email confirming its status and a tracking number from Australia Post. Should any postage delays occur, Australia Post will notify you directly via email.

Too Solid® is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, our support team can assist you with your claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We endeavor to replace any product delivered to you in a faulty or damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us within 14 days to orders@toosolid.com.au Where damage has been caused during transit, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Too Solid® is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping but will gladly work with you to rectify the situation. 

We will also endeavour to exchange any undamaged product purchased from us as long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase however we will not provide any refund of such purchase. If undamaged goods are to be returned, contact us in regards to exchange, we do not refund any packing and postage charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your own cost and risk.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we will reimburse your credit card or your bank account for the amount initially debited for the purchase excluding packaging and postage charges.

Exchanges will be sent according to shipping policy upon receiving items returned. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving items returned where applicable. Please be aware banks may take 2-5 business days to process the money back into your account.
